Loyalty. Dedication. Hard work. Within the real estate profession, Isabel applies the same level of commitment to her practice that made her a championship soccer player on the U.S. Women’s National Team and a recipient of the Gatorade Player of the Year. As a Realtor and integral part of the Polese Charron Group, Isabel approaches every day with a sense of joy, resiliency, and a competitive drive to be the best at whatever she does. With experience in the real estate industry for numerous years, Isabel first served as a personal assistant to a successful real estate team in Seattle before getting her own license. At Compass, she specializes in the neighborhoods of Lakewood Ranch, downtown Sarasota, Longboat Key, and beyond, and is known for her customer-oriented approach and positive attitude. Isabel attributes her success to her formative background in soccer. She traveled the world as part of the U.S. Women’s National Team and was ranked the No. 1 player in the state of Washington. Beyond this distinction, Isabel has coached children’s soccer and takes pride in mentoring others. She was not only a collegiate athlete, but she also received a bachelor’s degree in psychology, studying at University of Washington and Seattle Pacific University.

Outside of her professional career, Isabel has a strong sense of family with a father and brother – both firefighters in the Seattle area, a sister studying for her masters in counseling at Seattle University, a mom who teaches yoga, step-dad who played soccer professionally, and an uncle who coaches a top- rated MLS team, the Seattle Sounders. In her spare time, she considers herself an outdoor-enthusiast and enjoys running, soccer, golf, and spending time with her Pomeranian, Riley.
