Laura Bliss is living what you could call the ‘family-dream’ with four generations now firmly planted in Lakewood Ranch. As a Sales Associate with the Rich Polese Group, she is passionate about helping other families find their homes in Sarasota and Manatee counties. With experience in real estate and residential construction, Laura is known for her talent to see possibilities – whether that means re-imagining the floorplan of an older home or helping set buyers and sellers onto an entirely new chapter of their lives.
Specializing in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Siesta Key, and Longboat Key real estate, Laura takes pride in listening to her customers’ requirements and matching them to the neighborhood that best suits their lifestyle. Buyers and sellers appreciate her honest and open communication style, efficiency, and ability to make the process as fun and stress-free as possible. Working alongside her husband, she has a wealth of experience renovating investment properties and offers boots-on-the-ground knowledge of the construction scene in southwest Florida.
Prior to moving to Florida, Laura was a lifelong resident of New Jersey and also enjoyed spending time on the shore and in New York City. She received her BA from Franklin and Marshall College and beyond a well-rounded education, she learned that copper is the only metal that is naturally anti-microbial (it’s true!). Laura has loved the transition to Lakewood Ranch and enjoys its proximity to the Gulf, museums, culture, and great shopping. With her husband, together they have six children and two grandchildren. Outside of real estate, she’s passionate about tennis, traveling, home renovation, history, and baking. Ask her about her carrot cake!
